In 2017, Alicia Smokler was featured on Million Dollar Matchmaker, a reality TV show hosted by relationship expert Patti Stanger, who's goal is to help wealthy celebrity clients find love. Through Patti's advice, Alicia was selected out of several other girls by the millionaire to go on a one-on-one date.
Though it was a nice date and Alicia made a good friend out of the experience, it wasn't love, and so she's been on a journey of being single after 30 ever since. She has so many dating stories and positive lessons learned from bad dating experiences that she has now set out to write a book for women in their 30's and 40's who are trying to find love.
Alicia also has a blog about her dating experiences, as well as dating tips and resources. She is extremely relatable for anyone in their 30's who are single and dating: "I simply live life, pour a glass of wine nightly, and tell my story." -Alicia Smokler

Even though she's learned so much, she realized, in real-time during this podcast interview, some new lessons (hint hint, it has to do with the Gumball Love theory!).
